OEM Electronics:

The software is working with any type of electronics from Socomate, including USPC single channel, MUX multiple channel, FAAST technology as well as with the systems E.rota and T.rota.

Dynamic Link Library:

The DLL allows developing your own customized software if needed. Socomate is providing a dedicated training on how to work with our DLL, and supplies examples from different languages, such as Labview, C++ and Visual Basic. The picture below shows the main functions that are included into the DLL.

Standard interface software USPC7100.exe:

Delivered with our electronics, this software allows to set up all the UT functions and parameters when displaying the A-Scan.

AMS7100 Standard Data Acquisition Software:

Socomate has today, developed a very complete and friendly Software ready to use with any kind of applications. It is a Data Acquisition Software under license dedicated to a very wide use. 

  • A & C-Scan data acquisition for flaw detection and dimensional measurement
  • Creation of measurement reports and statistics
  • Able to run a production line

Furthermore, it is also possible to customize the software to meet customer requirements.  

E.rota and T.rota Software:

The E.rota is a system coming with patented and under license software developed by Socomate and used for the dimensional measurement, giving 100% of the tube profile.The T.rota is a specific system under license for either rotary heads or rotating tube technics, used for flaw detection and/or dimensional measurement.

Customer application:

In the case your company has sufficient resources and skills to develop your own application, it is possible to do so. Socomate will supply some concrete examples, and if this is not enough, assist on one of our training to get used to our DLL and SDK to then enjoy developing your own customized software.

The Ethernet network works under TCP/IP protocol.
Furthermore, it is possible for the electronic to be remoted from the computer steering the application.
